Issue Description: After https://github.com/5733d9e2be6485d52ffa08870cabdee0/sandbox-ui/pull/101#pullrequestreview-1049643777 we should add cypress tests for new editing capabilities of the processor

Acceptance Criteria: Verify with the updated behavior of the processor form 

1. It is not possible to edit a processor name
2. It is now possible to edit the action/source configuration parameters of a processor
