Issue Description:

This Epic captures all of the tasks that are required for us to be able to "run the service" for the internal service preview.

Acceptance Criteria:

RHOSE Engineering team has enhanced capabilities to run the service
A clear service support agreement is in place
RHOSE Engineering team have well defined support roles and schedule
