Issue Description: 

When the "endpoint" error handler is successfully deployed, we should have an additional endpoint from which the customer can retrieve the last N errors.

Acceptance Criteria: 

• When the "endpoint" error handler is successfully deployed, provide an endpoint for the customer to retrieve the last N errors
• The endpoint must be discoverable by the user by inspecting the configuration of the error handler
• The user must be authenticated and have permissions on the bridge in order to invoke the endpoint
