As RHOSAK will be installed before RHOC is installed on the same cluster, there are expected to be conflicts with RHOC installed Observability operator.
RHOC needs to remove the Observability installation from its components and use one installed by RHOSAK. The expectation is RHOC will create another configuration secret to expose the observability config. (BTW, the config is containerized now in RHOAK).
The usage of the Addons Monitoring SD ADR 0053 (OBO) for this purpose will be investigated as a separate effort and will not be considered for MVP
