We will need to capture some metrics on Processors to ensure we can monitor and alert on them. The metrics that we want to capture need to be defined and once we have those, we also need to understand how to update the existing RHOC observability configuration to ensure:

• Metrics are scraped correctly
• Alerts are triggered when there is an issue with a Processor in the service
• Dashboards are updated to allow us to monitor Processors

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a proposal including:
  • The basic metrics to capture for Processors
  • The basic alerts that we would like to have for Processors
  • The basic dashboards we would like to have for Processors
  • A high-level plan for updating the existing RHOC observability configuration to include the above changes.
