In the current UI, the user can enter a contradiction filter condition like if a user is excluding a database and then in the table filter, he is trying to include some tables from that excluded database.

But in actuality, any specified tables that are in an excluded database will not be included. Excludes always have precedence.

We need to display a msg in the UI for the user to explain this behavior correctly.
