The elasticsearch kamelet and hence connector is using elasticsearch-rest kamelet. This component is deprecated: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1aNgEDmpSM9tMEOzBZjiLeQkKWNNN_t_d1b2KwKD0IS4/edit#gid=661736807&range=D74 and camel:elasticsearch should be used instead.
My question is if that's not going to be an issue (maybe we don't care because we are not using productized Camel K... but I'm also not sure why the component is deprecated, if it's for security reasons or just product priority)
