CRO uses registry.redhat.io/rhscl/redis-6-rhel7 which is redis 6.0.18
Latest versions of 3scale use redis 6.2

WHAT
<What is being asked for?>
Update the image in provider openshift to an image that is supported by 3scale > 6.2
Looks like most of the images in the red hat catalog https://catalog.redhat.com/search?gs&q=redis only have major version bumps 6 and 7.

HOW

Either find an image that is for redis 6.2 or
Test the 7 image against 3scale to see if it will function.
