Context

There are some things customers should know before installing RHOAM. This information is not in the service definition, but is very important to consider before installing the add on. 

What

We should add docs that give both context and procedures for "before you get started with RHOAM" This assembly should include:

• Supported architectures/ Setting up Single AZ, Multi AZ, Private Link
• SMTP
• User configurations/ cluster permissions / tenants
• CIDR values and ranges
• (will add more as they arise)
