RHOAMThreescaleCriticalMetricsMissing is a critical alert so CSSRE will be pinged each time this alert fires.

This alert should not fire during installation to reduce the TOIL on CSSRE

WHAT
RHOAMThreescaleCriticalMetricsMissing is firing consistently on fresh installation for only ROSA clusters. This may be due to resources are taking longer to be up in these clusters, once the alert has been created.

HOW
Either

• increase the duration of the alert in order to fire

or

• use metrics such as the "to_version" to prevent it from firing during installations

TESTS

• Fresh installation on ROSA clusters does not fire this alert

DONE

• Fresh installation of RHOAM on ROSA does not fire this alert
