As of ~Dec 8th we had checked and no API Management customers were using the billing feature... @jsarnovsky@redhat.com and team could check the public clusters and we confirmed with the account teams for the two private clusters that SRE could not access. We could re-check. 

If we release to API Management we will need to update the service definition (https://access.redhat.com/articles/5534341#billing-support-8) to clarify that Braintree is not supported (or update the 3scale doc which the SD points to. N.B. - the link currently goes to 3scale 2.10 documentation and should be updated to 2.13)
