      WHAT
      The CriticalMetricsMissing SOP is not resolving the alert when followed. 

      HOW
      SOP should include the components which needs to be investigated. In the latest instance OHSS-18641 keycloak components were in failed state. Had to restart keycloak pods to resolve RHOAM critical metrics missing alert.

      TESTS
      The SOP will always resolve the alert.

      DONE
      After following the SOP, it must resolve the alert.
