WHAT
With the 3Scale NS being created externally now, there is an error around missing permissions for pod balancing for multi az clusters
product reconcilation errors : Error getting pods to balance on namespace
local-rhoam-3scale. Error getting pod lists pods is forbidden: User
"system:serviceaccount:local-rhoam-operator:rhmi-operator" cannot list
resource "pods" in API group "" in the namespace "local-rhoam-3scale"
