WHAT

Have a pipeline to validate peaceful co-existence between RHOAM and RHODS

HOW
Add stage to -master pipeline (https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/integreatly-qe/ci-cd/-/blob/master/pipelines/managed-api-install-master.groovy) to install RHODS via addon flow before RHOAM addon installation.

And another stage before RHOAM uninstallation to uninstall RHODS addon.

Note: the exact ordering of installs/uninstalls is subject to discussion

This probably does not need to be run nightly.
