WHAT
The decision was to direct users to use the ROSA cli as the recommendation to install RHOAM on STS due to the necessary roles can not be automatically created in the UI.

An addon field should be added to direct the user to use the CLI - make checkbox required as a form of consent to use the cli

HOW
Initial customers will be hand held through the process so a google doc will initially be sufficient. 

Work with Joan for longer term official docs.
