WHAT
RHOAM used to use the rhmi-operator-metrics service for exposing the metrics, however some time ago when we have bumped the operator sdk we have switched to use the rhoam-operator-metrics-service instead.
Now the RHOAMIsInReconcilingErrorState alert can trigger once both metrics are exposed due to an issue with prometheus comparing many to many.

As part of this ticket we need to provide a logic to RHOAM to remove the rhmi-operator-metrics from the ns where rhoam pod is running.
