WHAT
Due to the changes introduced around Single stage install of RHOAM the J03 testcase ended up broken. When you try to run it it removes the namespace but it can't check the status of the restoration because the installation stages are now wrapped in one installation block (see for yourself with)

oc get rhmis rhoam -n redhat-rhoam-operator -o json | jq -r '.status.stages'

HOW
First figure out how to get the status of the components at the line linked above by adding an extra wrapper for the installation stage. Continue with investigating if there are any more changes necessary until the test case passes as expected.
