      WHAT
      In 3scale-operator 0.9.0 a new annotation was added to the CSV.

      operators.openshift.io/valid-subscription: '["Red Hat Integration", “Red Hat 3scale API Management”]'

      This looks to be used for visual identification of subscription requirements for products in OperatorHub.
