      WHAT
      There looks to be a permission issue with creating subusers using the staging API KEY

      I0621 15:27:44.583878       1 logger.go:84]  creating sendgrid smtp credentials [cluster_uuid=fb95d9d9-1330-452d-aa07-4927e2b2b590] [scheduler=create_scheduler] [cluster_id=1svievu5jmtcqmjrbucc4btnjgtcb9ns] [addon=Red Hat OpenShift Data Science]

      HOW
      Seems we're at the quota limit, so we should raise a support ticket to get this limit raised:

      TESTS
      <List of related tests>

      DONE

      • Stage subuser quota limit raised and we're no longer experiencing the 403 error
