Approvers for sendgrid service in app-interface should be updated as people has moved teams / roles since creating the configuration. In addition new approvers should be added.

HOW
"/teams/rhmi/roles/saas-ocm-sendgrid-approver.yaml" role is added to ocm users to give the user approval rights to saas sendgrid service changes in app interface.

To remove this permission, remove the role from users.
Add this permission to give approval rights to users.
