There is a chance to lock the H22 logic into a failure even on the successful testing cycle because of this statement:

overallSuccess = overallSuccess && success && !allSkipped 

Wit the "allSkipped" being true by default. So if the first try is skipped then everallSuccess is locked in the "false".
