WHAT
A fix was pushed to fix test images prow job failing but it now looks like chrome doesn't get successfully installed, although the image job reports successfull

This will cause https://github.com/integr8ly/integreatly-operator/blob/master/test/common/product_login.go test to fail which is run in the nightly pipelines due to the test's dependance on a chrome headless browser
