Investigate if RHOAM will install successfully if every stage and product was combined into one stage.

HOW

• Create a new install type that has everything in one stage.
• Install RHOAM
• Work through issues as they are encountered and document.
• Verify the uninstall - which can potentially still be done in stages.
• Examine logs to see where errors are being reported that should be "in progress" events
• Similarly, track the lastError field in the RHMI CR
• If times allows test an upgrade path also between, alternatively create a follow on JIRA

TESTS

Run e2e tests if an install is possible and record which tests are failing
If time allows, examine why tests may be failing

Open PR with WIP and document issues encountered along with recommendations.
