Depreciation notice for OPM sqlite-based catalogs and their commands

      WHAT
      We use opm to build the CRO index and need to investigate the below message.
      This message comes from using OPM command 

       opm index add \
--bundles quay.io/mstoklus/integreatly-bundle:1.18.2 \
--tag quay.io/mstoklus/managed-api-service-index:1.20.0
      DEPRECATION NOTICE:
Sqlite-based catalogs and their related subcommands are deprecated. Support for
them will be removed in a future release. Please migrate your catalog workflows
to the new file-based catalog format.
