Also, when using oc adm must-gather the logs for the gather process itself are stored in <gather-directory>/must-gather.logs (ref: https://github.com/openshift/oc/blob/a43428189603f12ae190703cb725f66f742fbe52/pkg/cli/admin/mustgather/mustgather.go#L568-L581)

Acceptance criteria: the tar bundle containing the must-gather gathered snapshot should also collect the logs into the tar directory (/must-gather) itself, before uploading it to the support case.

i.e. in the event of gather failures, we can get the logs directly in the uploaded/exported tar.
