Description:

This Jira ticket aims to drive the adoption of a "Cursor-first" approach within the must-gather Operator's Quality Engineering (QE) process, specifically focusing on test code generation. We'll leverage Cursor IDE to accelerate the creation of our test suite.

Goal:

• Make Cursor IDE the primary tool for test code generation: Proactively explore and practice using Cursor IDE to automatically generate test code for the must-gather Operator (including unit, integration, and E2E tests).

• Boost test code generation efficiency: Significantly reduce the time and effort required for manual test code authoring.

• Enhance test coverage and quality: Utilize AI capabilities to uncover more testing scenarios and generate more comprehensive test cases.
