[dpu-operator/Marvell] default datapath sometimes/initially does not work

      Here you see a full CDA deployment followed by `SKIP_NF_TESTING=1 make e2e-test-suite`. Note that after a fresh deploy, it seems there is no connectivity between the pods.
      The same can be seen when running `make traffic-flow-tests`.

      Subsequent runs (of traffic-flow-tests and e2e-test-suite) seem to pass traffic.
