This Epic tracks the DPU Operator components that are vendor agnostic.

Vendors expect:

• Detailed software design architecture

• gRPC API definitions

• Components that they can run on K8s

• Components that they can run in developer mode

This is such that vendor can work on these vendor agnostic parts and most importantly their vendor specific plugin (VSP)

This applies to all vendors some including but limited to AMD, Intel, Marvell, NVIDIA
