We have e2e-test enabled, but not all tests pass.

For now, we set SKIP_NF_TESTING=1 at https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/ccit/jenkins-csb-customers/nst-casc-net-hw-ci/-/blob/ecf039e1dac23b77a0232fbb8cdd74a87b72cb13/jobs/DPU/E2E_Marvell_DPU_Deploy.groovy#L24

First, it needs to be investigated why this workaround is necessary.

Then,

• If the test can run on Marvell (but fails due to a bug), the bug must be fixed.
• If the test can in principle not work on Marvell, then we need a more elegant way of skipping the test on Marvell.
