- https://github.com/openshift/os/pull/1374 sets the `machine-os` label back on the `rhel-coreos` image
- https://github.com/openshift/driver-toolkit/pull/135 drops the remaining reference from DTK
- Possibly requires merging https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/43816 first?
- https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ART-4932 tracks the remaining work in ART.
The MCO and ART bits can be done ahead of time (except for the final config knob flip). Then we would merge the openshift/os, openshift/driver-toolkit PRs and do the ART config knob flip at roughly the same time.
