Story
The installer needs a configuration field to allow the user to directly specify which stream to use at install time. Without this field, the only way of configuring day-zero pivoting to RHEL 10 is to generate the manifests and carefully place the MCP manifests (matching a very specific name) into the manifests directory of the installer and start the installation afterwards. This manual patching is prone to human error.
Acceptance Criteria
- install-config adds a field to set the OS Image Stream to be used.
- The field is properly validated to accept only rhel-10 or rhel-9 and is not available in OKD.
