      What we will test:

      The focus will be on testing the dual-stream mechanism. I.e., on testing the ability to enable rhel9 or rhel10 at will, and switch between them.

       

      What we will NOT test:

      The testing process will not be focused on testing rhel10

      • AMD
      • ARM (Only post-merge, not possible to test it pre-merge)

      Installation

      • Day1 configuration with no config, rhel9 config rhel10 config

      • Extensions
      • kernel type (both realtime, 64k pages)
      • PinnedimagesSets
      • kernel arguments
      • Scale up nodes
      • go back to RHEL9 once RHEL10 has been deployed

      Negative tests:

      • Misconfiguration of osImageStream
