To keep MCO bugs up-to-date and prioritized, it is important that we triage any new bugs or activities happening on existing bugs.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Assess and set the priority of every bug that comes in, ask for more info if necessary, assign if urgent, and mark as "mco-triaged".
• Triage incoming requests from forum-mco into bugs or to a subject matter expert.
• Update bug triaging doc if anything is outdated/missing
