Currently, the #trt-alert-mco Slack channel alerts when tests suites have a pass rate of lower than 80% over a two-day period. We should consider tweaking this threshold to a value that will help us better catch potential regressions before the team manually notices them or when they are reported by TRT.

This task involves understanding the granularity possible with the Slack alerting, developing new thresholds for the alerting, and implementing the updates.

• There is an understanding on whether alerts can be by individual tests or must be by test suite
• A new threshold is proposed that will alert on potential regressions before they happen
• The threshold changes are implemented
