      This is the case for OCP installs starting in 4.12+. This card can be considered completed when:

      • The images referenced in the image gallery have been updated to the latest by the RHCOS image defined by the golden configmap
      • Before uploading the images as an Azure blob, the MCO should verify that current image is out of date, to prevent unnecessary API noise.
