As a To Do item from last retro, we want to investigate how we can streamline reporting TRT failures. Today, we typically wait for the TRT to notify us when a failure has incurred. We want to implement a slack integration to streamline this process so the triager can be notified when failures incur. This will make us more proactive at solving these failures.
