This spike aims to determine whether on-cluster layering (OCL) works on a single-node OpenShift (SNO) deployment as well as to uncover any special operational requirements that exist in SNO to support OCL.

      Done When:

      • An SNO deployment has been brought up and had OCL successfully enabled on it and it is determined to have feature-parity with non-OCL. If 1:1 feature-parity is not possible, the shortcomings should be documented.
      • Alternatively, if OCL cannot be successfully enabled on SNO, it is determined what prevented OCL from being enabled.
