Acceptance Criteria:

• Incoming bug activities are triaged
• Urgent bugs are brought into attention on #forum-ocp-mco / #team-mco ASAP if team is unaware of it
• Update bug triaging doc if anything is outdated/missing
• Before sprint planning, clone this card and assign next person in the list as main assignee for the card and their next as contributor.
