            e2e test refined in this PR https://github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator/pull/4614

            initially, was running into some troubles getting CI to pass due to context cancellations. My initial e2e test passed locally but was failing on CI. reworked the e2e test to use `curl` to install rpm packages instead of using machine config. this ended up clearing the CI issues.

            this is the PR that includes the e2e test and mcd integration. we are running into a context deadline issue that is failing the e2e-gcp-op test. I am actively working to add context deadlines within the test and troubleshooting what could be causing other related errors, such as the machine config not being configured and picked up by a worker node properly. will keep this updated.
