Most of the MCO e2e tests live in the MCO's e2e-gcp-op suite, which lives and runs in the MCO repo.

We should look to move some of our tests into openshift/origin, such that the tests can run on payload jobs, etc. to check for cross-repo regressions.

We should start with new features when graduating from tech preview to GA as it is part of the requirements, and we should retroactively move some of our repo tests.
