This can be done in 2 steps:

1. Add new arguments to the MCS pod. Inject them via manifests during the operator sync, similar to MCO-1203. This will mean that the MCS pods will restart when a new security profile is added.
2. At places where the MCS is acting as a server, use the global TLS settings instead of a hardcoded value.
