    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • deploy OCP4.2 cluster with default settings
      • use the console to install elasticsearch, jaeger, kiali and servicemesh operators
      • use the console to create example SMCP and SMMR

      control plane deployment fails on Pilot:

      0/6 nodes are available: 3 Insufficient cpu, 3 node(s) had taints that
      the pod didn''t tolerate.
