When the SMCP object is created, the Installed condition starts out being set to False. When the installation is complete, it is set to True and then never changes at all.

It makes me wonder whether we even need it. Doesn't the Reconciled condition suffice? Do clients/users need to distinguish between the mesh being installed and being in the middle of the reconciliation?
