We need to document usage of different supported types of OpenShift networks. I.e. ovs-multitenant, ovs-networkpolicy, etc.

This is mentioned in the differences between product and community, but seeing as it has a major affect on cluster behavior, this deseves a first class page (think tasks from Istio.io or our grafana/prometheus/etc docs)
