CRs available on maistra-1.0.0 describes a hub for elasticsearch (https://github.com/Maistra/istio-operator/blob/maistra-1.0/deploy/smcp-templates/servicemesh#L23) and (https://github.com/Maistra/istio-operator/blob/maistra-1.0/deploy/smcp-templates/maistra#L24) but is not used internally for elasticsearch image
