Currently when a regular users installs a SMCP he doesn't have a straightforward way of knowing what's going on and what went wrong.

The admin can take a look at the operator log, but a regular user can't.

I was wondering if there might be a better way to give the user a feedback of the installation process...

Perhaps operator could write events on the user's control plane namespace?

Or maybe it could it deploy a job/pod in user's control plane namespace with the only purpose of replicating the logs from the operator pod into it?
