Unable to deploy 3scale using custom CRD

      3scale cannot be deployed even if you specify it in custom CRD, because it points to a wrong version tag.
      Installer creates deployment with this image

      openshift-istio-tech-preview/3scale-istio-adapter:v0.6.0

      While correct image should be

      openshift-istio-tech-preview/3scale-istio-adapter:0.6.0

      If you edit the deployment after installation and change image it works as expected.
