Galley can't decode validatingwebhookconfiguration.yaml

      Galley doesn't create the validating webhook configuration, because it can't parse it. The log contains the following error:

      validatingwebhookconfiguration (re)load failed: could not decode validatingwebhookconfiguration from /etc/config/validatingwebhookconfiguration.yaml: error converting YAML to JSON: yaml: line 24: mapping values are not allowed in this context
