MultiNamespaceListerWatcher returns silently if underlying channel is closed

The goroutine monitoring the individual result channels terminates without forcing the multiplexed result channel to finish if an underlying channel has closed. The goroutine should send an error on the multiplexed result channel forcing the reflector code to stop the current watch and issue another List/Watch.
