I'm deploying the example federation script using two clusters on AWS.
I keep looking at the status of the peers with commands similar to

oc -n mesh1-system get servicemeshpeer mesh2 -o json | jq .status

And it usually takes about 5 minutes to get it to the active status.

I think 5 minutes is too much. Is this a bug somewhere?
